Increasing economic uncertainty driven by global crises, market volatility, technological disruption, regulatory changes, and shifting consumer behavior has forced organizations to continuously enhance their ability to survive and adapt. In this context, organizational resilience has emerged as a critical capability that determines long-term sustainability and competitive advantage. One strategic approach considered effective in strengthening organizational resilience is the implementation of robust knowledge management practices. Knowledge management functions not only as a system for managing organizational knowledge assets but also as a learning mechanism that enables organizations to respond effectively to dynamic and unpredictable business environments. This study aims to examine the role of knowledge management in enhancing organizational resilience amid economic uncertainty. The research focuses on how knowledge creation, storage, sharing, and utilization contribute to organizations’ ability to anticipate risks, respond to crises, and recover from disruptions. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method involving employees from service and manufacturing organizations operating in highly dynamic environments. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using statistical techniques such as multiple linear regression or structural equation modeling to test the proposed relationships among variables. The findings indicate that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on organizational resilience. Organizations that manage knowledge systematically demonstrate stronger capabilities in identifying opportunities and threats, making informed decisions, and fostering innovation and continuous learning. Furthermore, effective knowledge-sharing practices enhance internal collaboration and accelerate organizational responses to external changes. These results suggest that knowledge management serves as a strategic resource that strengthens organizational adaptability and flexibility during periods of economic uncertainty.
